Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you take home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used hair care products. If a product isn't working for your hair, reach out. Our stylists are happy to recommend a better match, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no need to ship anything back.

How to start a return

Email monarchstudiosd@gmail.com or call (619) 733-3863 with your order number. You can also bring your return to the studio at 4657 College Ave, San Diego, CA 92115 during business hours.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
